Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.

No shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

Appointments of 2 hours or more require 50% deposit.

Deposits are transferable with no less than 48 hours’ notice.
